If your child is a remote student this year and did not participate in fall pictures, please see the information below from our picture company, Inter-State Studio, to have them be included in the yearbook. Please note that information regarding yearbook purchases will be sent to families in the spring.
Please submit a digital image to:
Jamie Dauria at Inter-State Studio at jdauria@inter-state.com with the following information:
- Student First and Last Name
- School Name
- Grade
- Teacher
In order to be included in the yearbook, photos must be submitted by February 12th. Any images submitted after that date, cannot be guaranteed placement in the yearbook.
Please read all of the information below before taking/submitting your chosen photo.
The digital image
must meet the following requirements:
- must be a jpeg
- must be a head and shoulder picture with space for cropping above the head
- must have a solid background, as we will drop it and replace it with the standard grey background to blend with the other yrbk pictures
- must be a vertical photo
- must have even lighting (to prevent shadows under eyes)
- cannot be a screenshot or picture of a picture
- if you are submitting a professional photo from another photographer you must include a copyright release form signed by that photographer
If your photo does not follow these requirements, Inter-state Studio has the right to refuse it and request an alternate photo. If you have any questions, please contact Jamie Dauria directly at 585-544-2610.
