The new Chromebooks will be ready for pickup on Tuesday, December 29th for our fully remote learners in Kindergarten and Grades 1, 2, 5, and 9. Grades 3 and 4 will keep their current device for the remainder of the year.
To pick up the new Chromebook and charger, you must follow this process:

Please bring the old Chromebook and charger that was assigned to your child to the district office, located at 225 West Avenue. Please park in the parking lot on the west side of the building and come to the main entrance of district office.
If you are missing the chromebook or charger, you will not be able to pickup the new Chromebook and charger. The missing item must be purchased through the treasurer of the building your child is registered.
Upon arrival, enter the building and follow the signs to the drop-off and pickup location.
Drop off the Chromebook and charger with the staff member present and pickup the new Chromebook and charger.
Exit the building via the appropriate directions provided in the building.
**For the safety and of you and others, please remain masked and practice social distancing throughout the pickup process.
We recommend having your child plug in the Chromebook and attempt to log in as soon as possible to make sure everything is up and going. Although your child has been using a device all year, support is still available via the district website technology support page (hilton.k12.ny.us/technology) The page has videos and support guides for how to use the Chromebook and how to use specific digital tools. The page also includes troubleshooting information to try at home if issues arise. If further support is needed, directions are provided to submit a support ticket request.
