Hilton Athletics is excited to offer you the convenience of online registration (re-certification) for sports clearances through FamilyID, www.familyid.com.

FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

FamilyID allows you to upload updated physical forms, medical orders, and complete the sports questionnaire form during the clearance process.  Should you choose this option, please be sure to have this information ready to go in an electronic form to complete your son/daughter’s file.  You may take a photo of all necessary forms to assist you in the upload process.

REQUIRED ONLINE SIGNATURES:

In order to complete the registration for Fall 2019 Athletics Recertification, we require electronic signatures acknowledging all policies and agreements from the following individuals:

Signatory 1: Parent/Guardian - Signatory must be older than 18

Signatory 2: Student

Please ensure that all signatories are present and accurate before submitting your registration.

RECERTIFICATION PROCESS - ***IMPORTANT DATES – PLEASE READ***

Registration for Fall 2019 sports will open for JV and Varsity level athletes on Monday, July 15 and will close on Friday, August 9th. 

For Modified level athletes, the registration window will open on Monday, July 22 and close on Wednesday, August 21^st.

*Please note* that the registration windows will be closing a WEEK PRIOR TO SEASON START DATES to assure nurses have ample time to view and approve all current health information for each student athlete. It is imperative to adhere to all timelines so that your student athlete is ready to go on the first day of practice. 

FALL 2019 START DATES - JV/V - August 19^th - Mod A Football - August 26th - Mod B Football - August 28^{th -}  all other Mod A & B teams – September 3rd.

A Parent/Guardian should register by clicking on the link, www.familyid.com   -

Follow these steps:

1. To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
2. Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.
3. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
5. Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to FamilyID.com
6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
7. Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.
8. Review your registration summary.
