Dear Village Families,
It is with mixed emotions that I write this
post. The new year brings me a professional opportunity that I am
excited to pursue; however, it means that I will no longer serve as the
assistant principal at Village Elementary. I have accepted a position as
the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at York Central School District.
This was an incredibly difficult decision to
make because of all the wonderful students, staff and families within the
Hilton community, especially those at Village Elementary. Whether I was
in the classroom, cafeteria, hallways, or attending a concert or community event,
I have always been impressed with how everyone works together to focus on
learning and growing. I truly feel honored to have been able to be a part of
your child's school experience.
I cannot find the words to express just how
grateful I am to this community for welcoming me into the Village family. I
feel so fortunate to have been a part of it, and I will remember my time here
fondly.
